Derek Martin (born 11 April 1933[1]) appeared in several Doctor Who television stories. He was also a member of the short lived stunt group HAVOC.
He is probably best known for playing Charlie Slater, patriarch of the notorious, predominantly female Slater family, in EastEnders.
