Self-isolation was an activity Yvonne Hartman recommended the people of Britain practice in the face of an unknown crisis in a widely-broadcast video message. She added that if they did not comply, she would have to see these guidelines physically enforced in a less-than-pleasant way. (WC: Incoming Message)
