Friendly Dalek was a 21 short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe.

Summary

Agent W. Cregan of the Universal Secret Service encounters a Dalek in London. Expecting a battle, Cregan is surprised when the sworn enemy of humanity politely welcomes him and offers to shake his hand. Unsure on how to proceed, Cregan humours the Dalek's request, albeit with a heavy suspicion that it was a spy.
