Bill Lyons (born 25 February 1945[1]) played the Guard on Denes in the Doctor Who television story The Enemy of the World.
Career
His other television credits included Z-Cars, Adam Adamant Lives!, Coronation Street and Out of the Unknown. He later became a writer, penning scripts for Crossroads, Blake's 7 and EastEnders. Since the 1990s, most of his writing career has been for Emmerdale.
