Aqua-Daleks were Daleks who participated in battles in the sea and elsewhere under the water with their version of Hoverbout.

Characteristics

Aqua-Dalek units were basic bronze Daleks which operated aquatic vehicles similar to hoverbouts. (COMIC: The Dalek Project)
