Colin Baker was an actor who played a fictional Doctor Who, starring in a television series.

Biography

The Twelfth Doctor once knew, through "psychic shenanigans", that many actors were gathering at London's West End for a special breakfast, and that the people he was talking to could meet them; one of the actors was Colin Baker. Biography

At some point in Baker's life, he had been put on trial. He was later put on trial once again, this time for an unpaid parking fine, which he received whilst filming new bonus material for the Doctor Who Season 23 Blu-Ray Collection. During the trial, he tried to justify to the magistrate that he should be excused, and that the very fact he was on trial was a farce.
