Phryne was the home planet of the Phrynians. It (but not its moon) was hidden behind an invisibility shield. After the Daleks discovered the moon, they figured out how to pierce the shield and invaded the planet. (COMIC: The Archives of Phryne)
The Daleks' conflict with Phryne was recorded in the Dalek Chronicles, a set of story-cubes which made their way to Earth by 2094. (PROSE: The Dalek Chronicles Found!)
Human historians in the post-Time War universe, following the Siege of Trenzalore, acknowledged Pyrne as a world which had fallen to the expanding Dalek Empire. (PROSE: Dalek: The Astounding Untold History of the Greatest Enemies of the Universe)
