Mount Rushmore was a monument on Earth.
During the 1966 Dalek invasion of Earth, two bronze Daleks on hoverbouts carved a representation of their Supreme Dalek's casing into Mount Rushmore. A group of time tourists visited the monument and posted a picture of it to Tel•e•pixXx. (COMIC: Liberation of the Daleks)
During The Year That Never Was, the Saxon Master had his face carved on Mount Rushmore.
