Cyber-dinosaurs were species of different types of dinosaurs subjected to partial cyber-conversion. They were created by the Cyber-Silurians. (COMIC: Supremacy of the Cybermen)
Some dinosaur species, such as Triceratops, were used by Cyber Silurians as mounts. Others, such as Tyrannosaurus rex, were used for combat.
