Bledoe was a small Cornish village. It was the birthplace of James and Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart, as well as Owain Vine. (PROSE: The Forgotten Son)

In 1945, after Gordon Conall Lethbridge-Stewart was declared missing in action, a memorial service was held in Bledoe, attended by members of the Lethbridge-Stewart family. (PROSE: The Note)
