V58 DCY was the number plate of a Mini driven by Mickey Smith that had the Union Flag displayed on its roof. Mickey attempted to pry the TARDIS console open to get Rose Tyler back to the Doctor by hooking a chain to the car and driving forward, but this was unsuccessful. (TV: The Parting of the Ways)
