Mickey Smith owned a Mini in 2006. It had the number plate V58 DCY and a Union Flag displayed on its roof.

Rose Tyler was sent back to Earth in 2006 in the TARDIS by the Ninth Doctor. She convinced Mickey and Jackie Tyler to help her get back into the TARDIS to go save the Doctor. Mickey used his Mini, chained to the TARDIS console which connected to the heart of the TARDIS, to pull it open. However, he was unsuccessful. Jackie then used a rescue lorry she borrowed which was successful in opening the heart. Rose left for the Game Station when she became the Bad Wolf as a result of taking in the Time Vortex. (TV: The Parting of the Ways [+]Loading...["The Parting of the Ways (TV story)"]) After Rose left, Mickey and Jackie were left alone on the street, with Mickey later writing that he only had a "knackered Suspension" to remember her by.
