Freida was one of the Compère's hostages at the Eclectica. Her partner was taken by the Cybermen. She was forced to talk to the Unbound Doctor about the situation. He told her about the Cybermen. She told the Doctor about her partner before he was taken to be converted, and how he didn't like the Eclectica. She was afraid of both the Doctor and the Compère.
