Lord Cardinal Romanadvoratrelundar of the Prydonian Chapter was an incarnation of Romana during the Time Fracture event. They used gender neutral pronouns.
Biography

In the 2020s, (WC: 14681 UNIT Field Log, etc.) UNIT released a Field Log to the participants of Operation Time Fracture, telling the participants that if Romanadvoratrelundar survived Gallifrey's destruction, they would be a powerful ally to the completion of Operation Time Fracture.
