Lord Cardinal Romanadvoratrelundar of the Prydonian Chapter was an incarnation of Romana during the Time Fracture event. They used gender neutral pronouns.
Biography

In the 2020s, (WC: 14681 UNIT Field Log, etc.) UNIT released a Field Log to the participants of Operation Time Fracture, telling the participants that if Romanadvoratrelundar survived Gallifrey's destruction, they would be a powerful ally to the completion of Operation Time Fracture. Behind the scenes
This incarnation of Romana, played by Liv Spencer,[1] was original to Time Fracture, an immersive experience created as part of the Doctor Who: Time Lord Victorious event. Due to the nature of immersive experiences varying with every performance, this Wiki can't consider it a valid source.
They are not given an incarnation number in any sources, but Spencer made a Twitter post suggesting they are intended to come directly after Lalla Ward's Romana II,[2] making this Romana yet another "Romana III", distinct from the versions seen in the BBC Eighth Doctor Adventures and the Big Finish audio dramas.
This incarnation of Romana was depicted as nonbinary, referred to in production and promotional materials with they/them pronouns and as "Lord Romanadvoratrelundar" rather than "Lady."[3]
