The Moment Is Here was the third ident in the Eleventh Doctor ident interruptions. It featured the Eleventh Doctor played by Matt Smith. It aired just before The Day of the Doctor.

- This aired during the moon rover BBC One n ident.
- The Doctor's line has a double meaning, referencing both the long-awaited "moment" for The Day of the Doctor to air, and the arrival of the Moment in that same anniversary special.
