It was a barren, untouched paradise with cerise coloured sands and emerald skies. (AUDIO: The Vanity Trap) Voice eating wombats were lived on the planet. The Thirteenth Doctor considered it to be "better than Metebelis III but nowhere near as good as Metebelis I or II". - Prior to the release of The Vanity Trap Metebelis IV appeared in the virtual reality video game The Edge of Time. In the game, Metebelis IV was a sentient planet that was the site of the Temple of the First and was invaded by Bronze Daleks seeking to harness the power of zeiton crystals. The Thirteenth Doctor and a companion controlled by the player both go to the Temple.
