Stevie was a student of Edith Harcourt at Brideport Elementary School. One lesson, after being shown a film about what to do during a nuclear explosion, Eddie got into a fight with another student, Tommy Dalton for upsetting his sister. He and the rest of Edith's class later fell under the control of the Piggybacker that was using Edith as a host, turning him into a compliant zombie with no mouth.
