TV Century 21 was a real-world comic publication defined by its connections to the works of Century 21 Productions. The magazine was presented as being perpetually in-universe as if it were a newspaper. In 1966, Lady Penelope received her own spin-off publication, also presented as an in-universe magazine and often discussed in TV 21.
