Prose
Novelisations are the most ubiquitous form of DWU adaptations.
Miscellaneous
A. L. Kennedy's novel The Drosten's Curse was adapted from her short story The Death Pit.
Paul Magrs adapted his radio play (featuring DWU elements) Imaginary Boys [+]Loading...["Imaginary Boys (audio story)"] into a short story, which was published in the anthology Wilde Stories 2016.
Children of the Circus was adapted from the audio drama of the same name.

Big Finish Productions has made a number of adaptions as audio dramas:
