You've Been Framed was known to purchase video footage.

Mickey Smith, encountering an Auton wheelie bin on Juke Street which took him captive, initially thought it was a prank and that he was being filmed by kids with a camcorder who intended to sell the footage to You've Been Framed for £250. (PROSE: Rose [+]Loading...["Rose (novelisation)"])

The guests at Donna Noble and Lance Bennett's wedding told videographer Rhodri that he should sell his footage of Donna disappearing to You've Been Framed.
