St Mary Overy's Dock was a dock in the London Borough of Southwark.[1] It was located on the south bank of the River Thames, at the part of the river known as King's Reach, between Southwark Bridge and London Bridge. Golden Hinde was located there.
It could be seen on a map of London used during the Monk invasion of the late 2010s. (TV: The Lie of the Land)
St Mary Overy's could also be seen on a map of London in 1666. (TV: The Visitation)
Footnotes[[edit] | [edit source]]
- ↑ By combining the London street map seen in The Lie of the Land, and the various birds-eye view shots of the same area shown throughout the episode, with the map of London boroughs seen in TV: Revenge of the Slitheen, this location is definitively shown to be located in the London Borough of Southwark.
