90 Powell Tower
Number 90, unofficially called 90 Powell Tower, was the one-bedroom flat where Mickey Smith lived.

Mickey's grandmother, Rita-Anne Smith, put Mickey on the council housing list as a present for his sixteenth birthday, and by the time he was eighteen, he had obtained one. Members of his band, No Hot Ashes, Mook Jayasundera, Sally Salter and Patrice Okereke, were also lodged there on a regular basis, as Mickey had welcomed them in as soon as he had got the flat. On 5 March 2005, Rose Tyler used Mickey's computer in the bedroom to research the Doctor and found Clive Finch's website, (TV: Rose) while Mickey was in the kitchen talking to his bandmates about a new name for the band, as No Hot Ashes was "rubbish". They settled on Bad Wolf. (PROSE: Rose)
On 6 March 2006, after saving Jackie Tyler from Sip Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen in her flat, he escorted her to his where he contacted the Doctor. The Doctor worked out that Raxacoricofallapatorius was his home planet and therefore he was affected by calcium decay and was susceptible to vinegar. Jackie attacked the Slitheen with vinegar and it exploded but not before it had destroyed both Mickey's front door and the door to the kitchen. (TV: World War Three)

Later, the Tenth Doctor lodged with Mickey in his flat for a few days to wait for Rose, who had accidentally been sent slightly forward in time. (COMIC: The Lodger)
