White Band 913 (real name unknown) was a human worker at the Kerb!am warehouse on Kandoka's moon. He was tired of the Kerb!am Men's "happy environment" speech and got a little too loud-mouthed, and was sent to "human resources" as a result, which was actually a conversion process set up by the Cybermen.
913 had been programmed by Ashad to trigger when the Doctor showed up, and did so when the Thirteenth Doctor visited the warehouse. In the end, 913 managed to stand up to Ashad, breaking the programming. (GAME: Lost in Time [+]Loading...["Lost in Time (video game)"])
