The Seventh Galaxy, also called the Sculptor Dwarf Galaxy or Galaxy Seven, (PROSE: The Eyeless) was a member of the Seven Galaxies (TV: Genesis of the Daleks) located 290,000 light-years from Earth. (PROSE: The Eyeless)

It was notably the location of the Daleks' homeworld Skaro (PROSE: The Infinity Doctors) of the Skaro system, (PROSE: War of the Daleks) leading to an Anti-Dalek Force patrolling the Seventh Galaxy. (PROSE: Report from an Unknown Planet) Also native to Skaro were the Thals, whom the Third Doctor observed were always known as one of the most peace loving peoples in the galaxy throughout history. (TV: Planet of the Daleks) The Daleks were embroiled in "endless conflicts" across the Seventh Galaxy. (PROSE: Dalek: The Astounding Untold History of the Greatest Enemies of the Universe) According to other accounts, however, Skaro may have been located in hyperspace, (COMIC: Genesis of Evil) the Solar System, (COMIC: Invasion of the Daleks) the Eighth Galaxy, (AUDIO: The Destroyers) or even "the next universe but one". (PROSE: Doctor Who in an Exciting Adventure with the Daleks)

Galaxy Seven included the planets Hedenex (AUDIO: Benny's Story) and Arcopolis, which was impacted by the Last Battle of the Seventh Galaxy in the Time War. (PROSE: The Eyeless)

During the Armageddon Convention of 1609, Irving Braxiatel received intelligence reports indicating an increase in activity around the Seventh Galaxy. (PROSE: The Empire of Glass)

From Proamon, constellations seen out past the Seventh Galaxy included the Waterfall and the Great Lever. (PROSE: Dragonfire)

The Tenth Doctor claimed that he had only been to Galaxy Seven a handful of times. (PROSE: The Eyeless)
