Trev Bailey was named after actors [[John Bailey]] and [[Trevor Baxter]], both of whom appeared in ''Doctor Who''. Trev Bailey was Albie Sinclair's boyfriend. He was a guitarist in a band and wrote songs with him. Jack Harper sent him back in time using a Weeping Angel to deliver a letter to his father. Albie was reunited with Trev in the 1890s and stayed with George Litefoot. The Doctor gave them a tape recorder to send messages to Helen through time. (AUDIO: Albie's Angels)

Behind the scenes

Trev Bailey was named after actors John Bailey and Trevor Baxter, both of whom appeared in Doctor Who. The character was inspired by the stories told by Baxter to producer David Richardson about Bailey's experience of being arrested and spending time in jail as a result of letters to his male partner.[1]
