King Otho VI was the king of Arunopal and reigned for 40 years. Due to his wife dying in childbirth, he didn't know which of his quins was the firstborn so couldn't pass on the crown to his eldest child. He therefore asked them to create a task to solve this, to capture and kill the Sixth Doctor. He captured Melanie Bush to find out why she wanted to sabotage him. He told the Doctor why he didn't know who was the firstborn as his wife and the midwife disappeared. He went with one of the oldest of the Doctors back in time.
