Alternate timelines
The Fifteenth Doctor took Ruby Sunday to an alternate June 2024 after they encountered the god Maestro in 1963, which had been destroyed in a nuclear winter due to Maestro having erased all music from the world, to show her that the future was not guaranteed to survive because Ruby had lived it. Maestro confronted the two there, and the Doctor forced them to admit to the existence of a chord which could banish them from the universe.
