- 1851: The Doctor encounters Jackson Lake, who mistakenly thinks he is the Doctor, and helps to expose and foil a plan by the Cybus Cybermen to construct the CyberKing. (DW: The Next Doctor)
- 1869: The Ninth Doctor and Rose Tyler encounter Charles Dickens in Cardiff. (DW: The Unquiet Dead)
- 2006: The newly-regenerated Tenth Doctor crashes the TARDIS into the Powell Estate on the same day that Rose Tyler and Mickey Smith are attacked by Robot Santas. (DW: The Christmas Invasion)
- 2007: The wedding of Donna Noble and Lance Bennett is interrupted. (DW: The Runaway Bride')
