Demon's Run was an asteroid where Amy Pond was held prisoner by Madame Kovarian and her associates, the Anglican Regiment of the Church.
On this asteroid, Amy gave birth to her daughter Melody (or as she would later be known, River Song). The Eleventh Doctor, Rory Williams, and a force of allies stormed Demon's Run and rescued Amy, but Kovarian escaped with Melody. Melody's future self, River Song, appeared after the battle to reveal her true identity. The Doctor then departed the asteroid alone, to find the infant Melody.
There was a saying that went with Demon's Run: "Demons run when a good man goes to war." (DW: A Good Man Goes to War)
- Demons run when a good man goes to war
- Night will fall and drown the sun
- When a good man goes to war
- Friendship dies and true love lies
- Night will fall and the dark will rise
- When a good man goes to war
- Demons run, but count the cost
- The battle's won, but the child is lost.
