• 1 - Eric Thompson, who played Viscount Gaston de Leran in "The Massacre of St Bartholomew's Eve," dies from a heart attack in London.
• 6 - Ryan Carnes, who played Laszlo in "Daleks in Manhattan" and "Evolution of the Daleks" is born in Pittsfield, Illinois.
