The Ultimate Evil was a planned story for Season 23, before it was cancelled. It is one of the only two stories of the planned season not to eb adapted into an audio story in Big Finish Productions' Lost Stories series.
Plot background
The story would have been set on the holiday planet Tranquela, where Dwarf Mordant had been using a space ray to make all the good people evil.
