On 8 April 1969, US President Richard Nixon contacted ex-FBI operative Canton Delaware to investigate a little girl who'd been phoning his private number. The Eleventh Doctor, parking his TARDIS in the middle of the Oval Office during their meeting, became involved. With Canton, the TARDIS crew went to a deserted warehouse near Cape Kennedy and confronted the girl and the Silence. Amy Pond shot the mysterious girl, actually her daughter Melody, and revealed to the Doctor that she was pregnant. (TV: The Impossible Astronaut) When the Silence attacked them, they all ran out of the warehouse frantically, Canton seemingly getting manipulated through post-hypnotic suggestion into killing them in July of that year. In 1988, when the day fell on a Friday, the Eighth Doctor and Izzy landed in Stockbridge, England at her request. Their mission wws to buy the elusive issue 56 of Agratron: The Sci-Fi Comic for Far Out Kidz which revealed the identity of Courtmaster Cruel. (COMIC: Izzy's Story)
