Morweth

Morweth was a Saloi, and the absolute ruler of their empire.

He was part of the Provisional Administration, since there had not been an Emperor for about two thousand years. His official title was Assistant sub-Administratorial Secretary Without Portfolio for the Pursuance of Imperial and Local Sewerage Regulation and Common Hygiene. In reality, Morweth was created as a bodyguard and to divert attention from the true emperor, Sareth.

When the leaders of the Saloi, Dakhaari and Czhan (Morweth, Ravla and Koth, respectively) met for peace talks, the Skrak attempted to have them assassinated. Morweth killed the three assassins, but was mortally wounded in the fight. He revealed that Sareth was the emperor before he died. (PROSE: Death and Diplomacy)
