The Saloi were a species living in the Dagellan Cluster. Their empire co-existed with those of the Czhan and the Dakhaari. When the Seventh Doctor was brought to the Cluster by the Skrak, Morweth was their leader. However, after Morweth was killed, Sareth was revealed to be the true emperor of the Saloi (PROSE: Death and Diplomacy)
