The Czhan were a species living in the Dagellan Cluster. Their empire co-existed with those of the Dakhaari and the Saloi. When the Seventh Doctor was brought to the Cluster by the Skrak, Koth was their Supreme Commander. (PROSE: Death and Diplomacy)
