Laris was the commander of the prison ship that was taking to Safira Valtris to a prison. He told the Sixth Doctor that she had whole worlds bombed in a war. He had a game, which was what pointed out that they were in a simulation as it wasn't where he left it. (AUDIO: Breaking Bubbles)
