History

On 14 August 1887, George William Nevil and his fiancée Mary Elizabeth Reilly were killed in a freak snowstorm in Brighton. The music hall performer and astrologer Gypsy Nancy Lee seemingly predicted this event three days before it happened. (AUDIO: Jago in Love)

After one previous failed attempt in which he visited Fang Rock, the Fourth Doctor again fails to arrive during the opening of Brighton Pavilion. He instead pilots the TARDIS to the correct location but during the winter. (TV: The Leisure Hive)
