Baccu was one of the humans aboard the Ark. He prosecuted the First Doctor and his companions when they were on trial for bringing the common cold virus to the ship.
He accompanied Dodo while she searched for items on the Doctor's list and offered to find whatever the Doctor needed to find a cure. (TV: "The Plague")
