George Jeffreys

George Jeffreys was Lord Chancellor of England from 1685 to 1688. In 1980, the Fourth Doctor mentioned Jeffreys as one of many great Cambridge alumni while punting with Romana II. (HOMEVID: Shada, TV: The Five Doctors)
