Paul Scoones

Paul Scoones is a New Zealand fan of Doctor Who who, with Neil Lambess, was instrumental in the recovery of Doctor Who missing episode, "The Lion". He was the person who literally mailed the episode back to the BBC Film and Videotape Library.
