Kapt was a title in the Astran Empire's space fleets.

One Kapt was in charge of the Astran space fleet which engaged the Tenth Space Fleet of the solar system in battle (COMIC: Space Border Battle) on 1 May 2065. (PROSE: Battle in Space) Another ordered the destruction of the Fireball XL5 when, shortly thereafter, Steve Zodiac tried to fly it to Astra on a secret diplomatic mission.
