Kapt (President Offers Peace...)
One Kapt a dark of the Astran Empire, an Astran whose skin was light blue and translucent with a darker purple core, was in charge of one Astran space fleet which the Fireball XL5 ran into on its secret diplomatic mission to Astra.
When informed of the craft's presence by an Operator, the Kapt ordered that weapons be primed in order to destroy the "Solarian", (COMIC: Ceasefire — But War Tension Mounts...) and the shot of two Chaser rockets. Acknowledging he was doomed if he tried to run, Zodiac surrendered and was taken prisoner. He told the Kapt about the importance of his diplomatic mission. Saying that he was "an astronaut, not a politician", the Kapt agreed to take him before the Kaplan, who would decide his fate. (COMIC: Colonel Zodiac Disappears)
