The Sleeze Brothers was a comic series published by Epic Comics based on the characters of El Ape and Deadbeat who had first appeared in DWM's comic story Follow That TARDIS!. Due to an apparent intent that the series not be in continuity with their previous appearances in the Doctor Who universe, this spin-off is not considered a valid source on this Wiki.

Notes

  • In February 1991, the Sleeze Brothers again featured alongside DWU characters in the Comic Relief Comic. They further appeared in Saturday Night Special, a story in the second issue of Epic Comics' eponymous anthology series Epic in 1992. In February 2009, the publication rights having reverted to the comic's creators, the Sleeze Brothers were the main characters in The Sleeze Brothers: Private Investigators, a back-up comic for issue #16 of Elephantmen, published by Image Comics.
  • A Sontaran and Daleks have both camoed in the series, the former in The Big Leap and the latter in The Malteeze Egg. Death's Head also appears in line at the Bizarre in Down the Sewer.
