No Hot Ashes

No Hot Ashes was a R&B band that was operated by a group of friends local to the Powell Estate. (PROSE: Meet Rose, Rose) For a period in March 2005, the band was renamed after much delibaration to Bad Wolf, inspired by graffiti seen in a car park on Jordan Street. However, this name did not last as the bandmembers considered it to be bad luck after the 5 March 2005 incident. (PROSE: Rose)
was a band local to the Powell Estate. Sally Salter was the leader, (AUDIO: Ghosts) and Jimmy Stone played the bass guitar for the band. (PROSE: Meet Rose) Sally was a local celebrity, (AUDIO: Ghosts) and Jimmy was known as the "Fittest Boy" on the estate. (PROSE: Meet Rose)
After Jimmy left the band to live with Rose Tyler in a bedsit, (PROSE: Meet Rose) the band ceased to exist, (AUDIO: Ghosts) and Salter became part of the Bad Wolf band by 2005, formed by Mickey Smith. (PROSE: Rose)
In 2022, when Cleo Proctor and Shawna Thompson entered a sandwich shop to get a coffee, they received many telephone calls from the past, one of them being from Sally Salter, asking them if "[knew when] No Hot Ashes [was] playing". (AUDIO: Ghosts)
