Temporal Witness Relocation was an experimental program utilised by the Space Security Service in the 41st century. (AUDIO: Buying Time) It was developed by George Sheldrake (AUDIO: The Wrong Woman) with input from temporal scientist Arborecc. (AUDIO: The Trojan Dalek)

Agent Anya Kingdom signed up as part of the program, being sent back to 1970s Earth disguised as "Ann Kelso" (AUDIO: The Sinestran Kill) as part of an overall mission to track down and kill members of the Syndicate. (AUDIO: The Perfect Prisoners)
