A subconscious intracutaneous retro-fold memory loop was an after-effect of mindwipes that caused an effect in the brain that made the person experiencing it subconsciously want to act like the someone else without them knowing they were doing it.

In 2008 when Donna Noble was mindwiped by the Tenth Doctor due to the Meta-Crisis affecting her human mind, (TV: Journey's End [+]Loading...["Journey's End (TV story)"]) she obtained this subconscious effect, which made her want to do good in the world, without knowing her influence. (TV: The Star Beast [+]Loading...["The Star Beast (TV story)"]) When she received a Celebration Lottery ticket at her wedding to Shaun Temple in Spring 2010, as an anonymous wedding present from the Doctor, (TV: The End of Time (part two) [+]Loading...{"part":"Two","1":"The End of Time (TV story)"}) and won a triple roll-over, it made her want to give nearly all £166,000,000 away to charity, barring enough to purchase a new home, being subconsciously influenced to want to help other people in need. She later chastised the Fourteenth Doctor for causing her to lose all the money she had won. (TV: The Star Beast [+]Loading...["The Star Beast (TV story)"])
