History of the Doctor Who Universe
- 1638 - The Doctor launches the Nemesis statue into orbit after battling Lady Peinforte with the help of Roundheads at a meadow in Windsor. The Doctor calculates that the statue will pass Earth every 25 years before returning in 1988, and sets his watch (DW: Silver Nemesis).
- 1863 - Victoria Waterfield's mother, Edith Rose, dies (DW: The Evil of the Daleks, MA: Downtime).
- 1963 - A new science fiction television series, Doctor..., begins broadcasting on the BBC (DW: Remembrance of the Daleks).
- 1988 - The Nemesis statue returns to Earth, crash landing in the same spot in Windsor from which it was launched. The Doctor battles Lady Peinforte, Cybermen, and Neo-Nazis to prevent the statue from falling into the wrong hands (DW: Silver Nemesis).
- 1997 - The re-coronation of Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom (NA: The Dying Days).

- 1914 - Roger Avon, who played Saphadin in DW: The Crusade and Daxtar in DW: The Daleks' Master Plan, as well as Wells in Daleks - Invasion Earth 2150 AD, is born in Jarrow, England.
- 1917 - Michael Gough, who played the Celestial Toymaker in DW: The Celestial Toymaker and also Councilor Hedin in DW: Arc of Infinity, and was once married to Anneke Wills, is born in Malaya (now Malaysia).
- 1963 - The first episode of DW: An Unearthly Child is first broadcast and Doctor Who is born.
- 1968 - DW: The Invasion Episode 4 is first broadcast.
- 1990 - Mostyn Evans (Dai Evans in The Green Death and the High Priest in Death to the Daleks) dies.
- 2013 - The 50th Anniversary of Doctor Who.
