On 10 January 2003, the Brig replied to Gabrielle Graddige's request for an interview about what he called "the so-called InterCom Affair". He made an exception to his general rule not to talk to the press about UNIT's activity, noting that her relation to the recently deceased Sergeant David Milligan VC gave her a greater need for the truth. In granting the interview, Lethbridge-Stewart knew that his views would be incorporated into her book, War in Space - the Real Story. (PROSE: The King of Terror)
The Historical Monuments Preservation Society held their annual meeting on this day in 2540. As it clashed with a cabinet meeting, the President of Earth could not attend. (TV: Frontier in Space)
