The following list of cliffhangers gives a brief summary of each comic story cliffhanger.

• On the Planet Vortis - The First Doctor, Ian Chesterton, and Barbara Wright arrive on Vortis and are informed that they have scared away one of the Zarbi creatures. However, more are on their way...

TV Comic

First Doctor

• The Klepton Parasites, Part one - John and Gillian emerge from the TARDIS, greeted by a hostile Klepton shuttle that wishes to take them as hostages.
• The Klepton Parasites, Part two - An armada of Klepton shuttles arrive with the intent of wiping out the Thains. The First Doctor orders the Thains to arm themselves.
• The Klepton Parasites, Part three - A giant creeper breaks out of the ground and grabs John.
• The Klepton Parasites, Part four - The Doctor, John, and Gillian steal one of the Klepton air-crafts and attempt to fly it, but as they are struggling to get off of the group a group of giant creepers begin to tear down a building -- meaning that they could be crushed in the falling rubble.
• The Klepton Parasites, Part five - The team manages to take the air-craft under water, where they discover the Klepton's hidden fortress. However, they are on a direct collision path towards the hide-out.
• The Klepton Parasites, Part six - The team are imprisoned by the Kleptons, and have to escape as to stop them from wiping out the Thains.
• The Klepton Parasites, Part seven - As the Kleptons prepare for attack, the Doctor discovers a group of Thains being forced to work in the ship. Together they plan to stop the Kleptons before they can enslave the rest of the planet's population.
• The Klepton Parasites, Part eight - The Kleptons discover the escaped prisoners and the Doctor orders them to fight for their lives.
• The Klepton Parasites, Part nine - The Doctor manages to redirect the creeper towards the city's reactor -- meaning that they have mere moments to escape before it explodes.
• The Therovian Quest, Part one - As the Doctor, John, and Gillian escape a monster; they are threatened at gun point by a small creature.
• The Therovian Quest, Part two - The Doctor gets Grig's ship working, and hopes that they can return to retrieve the TARDIS if they are to survive the coming dangers.
• The Therovian Quest, Part three - Grig's ship arrives on Ixon, but they are greeted by hostile natives.
• The Therovian Quest, Part four - As the Doctor and his grandchildren head off into the core of Ixon to retrieve the meditative moss, Ixa notes that he even if they do survive, he will kill them and attempt to extort the Therovians for all of their wealth.
• The Therovian Quest, Part five - Ixa tells the Doctor that he is going to sell the moss to the Therovians for a high price, and orders the team to be locked away.

• Endgame, Part two - As the ground begins to tilt, the Doctor and Izzy realise that Stockbridge is inside a snowglobe being held by the Toymaker and that he is about to drop it.
• Endgame, Part three - The Toymaker uses the Imagineum to create a monstrous puppet-like copy of the Doctor.
• The Keep, Part one - The Doctor is thrown into the nucleus of an artificial sun.
• Fire and Brimstone, Part one - The aliens invading Icarus Falling are revealed to be Daleks.
• Fire and Brimstone, Part two - The Doctor is exterminated by the Daleks.
• Fire and Brimstone, Part three - The Daleks prepare to operate on the Doctor and Sister Chastity reveals herself to be a Threshold.
• Fire and Brimstone, Part four - The Daleks succeed in their plan to collapse Crivello's Star.
• Tooth and Claw, Part one - After being woken by a scream, Izzy finds Captain Lycett's dead body in the hallway, along with the words "he lives" written in Lycett's blood.

• The Cruel Sea, Part 2 - A reflection of the Doctor kills Dr Latimer and Dr Godwin, while a mirror reflection of Rose Tyler eats Rose.
• The Cruel Sea, Part 3 - Rose uses the sonic screwdriver to fire a high frequency blast at the air bubble surrounding the cruise ship to attack the life form from the sea.
• A Groatsworth of Wit, Part one - The Shadeys show themselves to the Doctor.

Tenth Doctor

• The Woman Who Sold the World, Part 1 - Martha is ejected from the head of a High Goliax.

• Universal Monsters, Part 2 - After failing to hear Martha's warnings, the Doctor's destruction of the neuropathic generator causes the villagers to transform into monsters.
• The Widow's Curse, Part 1 - Sister Shelk welcomes the human tourists to the Church of the Sycorax.
• The Widow's Curse, Part 2 - A group of Sycorax riders have discovered the Doctor and Lee Deverill, while the Haxan Craw realises that the humans betrayed the Sycorax on her husband's ship.
• The Widow's Curse, Part 3 - The Sycorax launch an aeroplane containing phage abstracts created by the Gilfane Craw that are carrying a virus to be inflicted upon humanity.

• Hunters of the Burning Stone, Part 1 - The Doctor finds himself in Ian and Barbara's classroom at Coal Hill School.
• Hunters of the Burning Stone, Part 2 - The Hunters of the Burning Stone announce that the entire world of Cornucopia must die.
• Hunters of the Burning Stone, Part 3 - The Hunters of the Burning Stone are revealed to be the Tribe of Gum, who want their home planet of Earth back.
• Hunters of the Burning Stone, Part 4 - The Prometheans force the Doctor to recall all of his life's struggles.

• A Wing and a Prayer, Part 1 - A sandstorm reveals itself to in fact be hostile sand duplicates of humans.
• A Wing and a Prayer, Part 2 - The insectoid Koragatta reveals its gigantic size.
• Welcome to Tickle Town, Part 1 - Clara is forced to listen to a song describing the supposed dystopian nature of the world outside Tickle Town.
• Pay the Piper, Part 1 - The Doctor is vaporised by Mr Minus.
• The Blood of Azrael, Part 1 - Keli consumes a pill that causes her to dissolve into powder.
• The Blood of Azrael, Part 2 - "Azrael" uses his powers to dematerialise the TARDIS before the Doctor and Clara cam enter.
• The Blood of Azrael, Part 3 - "Azrael" is killing an entire room's occupants, including Amy Johnson. Clara can do nothing but watch from outside the door.
• The Blood of Azrael, Part 4 - "Azrael", now revealed to be Danny Fisher, is in the process of killing the Doctor and Annabel Lake.
